What did you learn that is no longer relevant to you or your well being?
1. The ‘grind” is overrated. Saying “I’m so busy” is overrated. Neither of these are going to get us to our goals faster. Rest.
2. Working “hard” doesn’t always equate to success. Working hard, in combination with intent and clear purpose, does.
3. We own our own time. Others don’t. Knowing how we choose to spend it helps us make the right decisions and the right effort.
4. Living a well lived life is not about how much we’ve done in life, rather how much we’ve curated our life.
5. Taking time off, time out, or time away always helps us be expansive and creative, especially when trying to solve something.
Is it time to let go of outdated beliefs, habits, and knowledge that no longer helps or represents you?
