Make a list of your “Top Ten” wins in the last year.
Ask yourself, “What am I most proud of about this win?”
Take your phone out and record yourself
talking about them.
Watch the video as often as vou need-is a surefire way to remember that you are beyond capable of “doing hard things”- whatever “hard” means for you.
Watching yourself talk about them also creates new neuro pathways to build confidence.
